The last thing I want to care about is whether my sheets match my pillowcases. The last thing that I want to get attached to is the length of my hair. Why would I waste all this time and energy On something about which I don't care? I want to sit on the floor for hours and write, I want to lock myself away and draw every night. I want to always remember that it'll be the music in my veins That gets me out of bed on cold mornings And lets the hatred wane.
